Life has Its way with us. We get pushed and pulled and we’re not sure we will make it. The tears don’t seem to want to stop. Tears represent all the dreams unfulfilled, the unspoken hurts and disappointments, the betrayals and wounds broken open and exposed. I’ve dealt with my grief and that’s been much of my focus since I stepped on my conscious Spirit Path in 2009. I’ve written about it, spoken about it, and moved the energy around it. I’ve looked at what I needed to learn. Yet, again, I find intense grief pouring out of me and I know that I have an opportunity. I have an opportunity to place my heartache in the loving arms of Spirit. The metaphorical arms of Spirit, that is. Spirit, hold this with me. My arms are too small to hold it all. Spirit comes rushing in, soothing, softening, holding me, like a mother with her infant. I am held. For a brief moment, I can breathe again. The world stops rushing by in a whirlwind frenzy, for a brief moment. I’m grateful for that moment of peace. I have an opportunity to deepen into greater peace. I hear, let the tears flow. Keep crying and release the grief. After the rainfall, the sun does indeed come out again and if we’re lucky enough, a rainbow too.

The human condition requires us to continuously open the heart. Again and again I open my heart. I keep my heart open. I let love flow through me. Love is healing and soothing. Love is the balm to the heartache. Love energy is available to every single one of us, not one person is excluded from receiving this Love energy. I call it Love energy because when I experience it, my whole being softens into a puddle of peace and I love everyone, even those that caused me pain. Can we get to the place where we love those that caused us pain? I believe, yes. I believe that we must. I believe that for the future of our planet, it’s a necessity. It’s not an easy undertaking, this I know. I am human, after all, although my being prefers to reside in the etheric world, listening to the whispers of God in my heart, feeling the Oneness that we are. I forgive everyone for everything. I am aware that we can have an hours long conversation about that statement and it will cause you some discomfort. I’m sure we will get to that blog post at some point. But for now, I focus on my grief. I focus on my healing. I focus on the warmth of Spirit holding me. I cry and feel the love that I am. That we all are. At the end of the day, that is all we really have.

Much love to you on your journey,
