Overview
The Enlightened Hot Mess is a sexy comedy with a storyline. It’s an unfiltered, raw, and unapologetic journey through midlife mayhem, chaos, and self-empowerment. Helene Rose explores feminine self-expression and reclaims the dark inner goddess. She leaves behind her old life to begin again. This time, she refuses to settle, redefining who she thought she was and who the world told her to be. As she reclaims her voice and her power, this relatable and irreverent show entertains and empowers audiences to question their own lives and step into themselves as powerful creators. Laughing releases resistance. Just like orgasms. Expect to get dirty.

About Helene
Helene Rose is a comedian, storyteller, and professional oversharer who somehow turned decades of questionable life choices into a career.
She created and stars in the traveling one-woman comedy show, The Enlightened Hot Mess, where dating disasters, family dysfunction, personal growth, and all the beautifully awkward moments of everyday life collide. When she’s not touring, Helene produces live comedy shows with Zeal Comedy in Colorado, bringing audiences and comedians together for nights filled with connection, big laughs, and the reminder that we’re all just trying to figure life out. Whether she’s talking about modern relationships, embarrassing life moments, or the strange things people do to convince themselves they have it all together, Helene’s mission is simple: help people laugh at being human.
